All candidates who are interested in working in Croatia are initially required to create and submit a CV in Croatian or English. Then follows a short interview with a competent employee from hotels, restaurants or other companies who decides whether the candidate meets the requirements for the position he is applying for. We forward the documents to the employers and then there is the signing of the contract and waiting for the work permit. Upon receipt of the permit, which is at the expense of the employer, our mediation process ends.
Upon submission of the application documents, payment for the first deposit in the amount of 3000 denars is required. (This amount is ultimately deducted from the total cost of the program).
Upon obtaining the work permit, payment of the remaining part of the amount specified in the contract is made.
Insurance and transport (by bus) can be provided by us, but they are not included in the price of the program. In cooperation with Halk Insurance, we offer travel insurance that covers the entire stay in Germany, it costs 2700 denars and covers damage from 0 to 30 000 euros.
Some companies have own or offer collective accommodation. Usually the costs for this accomodation are deducted from salary. Where accomodation isn’t provided, POSREDNIK help to find or arange it.
