Staffing gaps in your food production, steel parts, auto parts, or electronics factory? We supply pre-screened, work-ready workers from the Western Balkans and other countries — via Westbalkanregelung or the German Skilled Immigration Act.
The domestic labor pool for manual production roles is shrinking every year. Companies that don’t build an international workforce pipeline will fall behind.
German production facilities face structural labor deficits — local applicants simply aren't available for repetitive, shift-based factory roles.
Temporary workers from job boards disappear after weeks. Constant re-hiring bleeds productivity and slows your output targets.
New production lines or increased orders can't be ramped up without a reliable headcount. Your growth is limited by hiring bottlenecks.
Navigating work permits, visa categories, and ZAV processes for non-EU workers is time-consuming and full of compliance risk.
Workers placed without proper pre-screening lack the physical readiness or safety awareness required on the production floor.
One-off placements don't solve structural problems. Without a recurring hiring partner, every season starts the crisis from scratch.
The real cost isn't recruitment — it's the operational downtime caused by not having one.
We deliver end-to-end workforce solutions for German production facilities — from candidate sourcing to legal compliance to on-site onboarding.
Access to pre-qualified workers from Western Balkans (Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro) and other countries with skilled visa eligibility.
We manage ZAV pre-approval, Westbalkanregelung applications, Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz filings, and all required employer documentation.
Candidates are assessed for physical fitness, relevant production experience, shift readiness, and health/safety awareness before you see their profile.
From request to first shift in as little as 14 days for West Balkan workers. Structured onboarding ensures productivity from day one.
If a worker leaves within the agreed period, we replace at no extra cost. Your production line stays staffed — no gaps.
Seasonal, long-term, or permanent contracts. Volume scaling to match your production calendar — peaks, ramp-ups, and stable staffing.
