We support candidates with language courses, organise the journey and help find accommodation.
We support new employees with address registration, tax ID, bank account, residence permit renewal and other paperwork, and we stay available for your company.
How the placement works
From the first call to the first working day, we agree every step with you. You decide who fits your team.
We discuss discipline, projects, experience, software, language level and timing.
We present suitable profiles. You hold the interviews and decide whom to hire.
We help with the evaluation of the degree, the visa (often via the EU Blue Card) and language preparation.
We coordinate travel, accommodation and the first visits to the authorities. Your company takes care of the professional onboarding into the project.
After the start, we remain available for questions and anything that needs to be arranged.
