We require the following documents:
- 1. Tax Identification Number
- 2. Lohnsteuerbescheinigung (income statetement from the year you want to get the tax back. You need to get it from your employer)
- 3. Income statement from the regional tax office in your country (Finanzamt) which need to be translated by a certified German translator
- 4. Foreign bank account in EUR (IBAN & SWIFT/BIC) in which you'll receive the funds. If you don't have one, the funds can be received by another person.
- 5. Copy of valid Passport
- 6. Erklärung zur Immatrikulationsbescheinigung or the Work Permit from the same year

The application process begins once the student completes all of the required documents, consents and pays the required fee. You can deliver the documents in several ways, by: sending them to our e-mail info@posrednik.mk, delivering them to our office or sending them by post to our address.
Once the documents have been submitted in Germany, the process can take from 3 - 6 months.
