This policy applies to posrednik24.com, app.posrednik24.com and our employment placement services. We process data under the Macedonian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette No. 42/2020) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular for candidates and companies in the EU.
Under Macedonian law, this corresponds to Article 10(1) of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
When you apply or ask us to place you, we pass your profile and documents to suitable employers, mainly in Germany. Employers may use this data only to select candidates and must protect it.
If you ask us to, we also send data to authorities and bodies in visa or recognition procedures (e.g. embassies, immigration offices, the German Federal Employment Agency). Otherwise we give data to courts or authorities only where there is a legal basis. We do not sell data.
Our forms (e.g. the staffing request for companies) are embedded with Zoho Forms. We store the entries in Zoho CRM, where we manage enquiries, clients and candidates. Provider: Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands. The data is stored in data centres in the EU; we have a data processing agreement with Zoho (Art. 28 GDPR). If Zoho group companies outside the EU access data, e.g. for support, the EU standard contractual clauses apply.
When a form loads, Zoho receives your IP address and sets technically necessary cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. More: zoho.com/privacy.
We set technically necessary cookies without consent, e.g. pll_language (chosen language, 1 year) and p24_logged_in (only shows whether you are logged in to the app; contains no personal data).
We set all other cookies only with your consent via the CookieYes banner (CookieYes Limited, United Kingdom), which stores your choice. You can change your choice at any time via the banner.
Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use:
Google and Meta may transfer data to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are plain links: data goes to these services only when you click the link.
We are based in Macedonia, outside the EU. The Macedonian data protection law is based on the GDPR. We transfer data from the EU to Macedonia, and candidate data to employers in the EU, where this is necessary for your enquiry or contract (Art. 49(1)(b) and (c) GDPR) or you have consented.
We keep data only as long as the purpose requires. The criteria are:

You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency in Skopje (AZLP). If you live or work in the EU, you can also contact the supervisory authority in your country.
We protect your data with technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction and unauthorised access and check these regularly. Do not share your account password.
